So Tiago and I are Primary Teachers of the 6, 7 & 8 year olds, and we LOVE IT! 

We decided to have a little Halloween party with our class.

It was super fun and they are just so adorable...makes me a little baby hungry...then its gone, just like that and I realize I can wait for little bambinos! 

Anyways....

It doesn't look like hard work but it really was! I was very tired afterwords. But I think the kids had a good time and that makes it worth it! 

After the party we went out to dinner with our friends Amanda and David and the later on that night they got ENGAGED!

We are very excited because Amanda has been my longest friend (we meet when we were 3) and David is one of Tiago's mission companies. and we set them up on a blind date and now they are getting MARRIED! 

Life

So we have been all sorts of busy lately.

I got a new job, yay!

We have been all caught up in school and work.

We had the chance to take a little vacation, during fall break, to visit some family in San Francisco!

 (Thanks to Tiago's benefits) 

We took a drive up to the mountains to see the beautiful fall colors.

But lately I have realized how important life is. I want to live life the to fullest. I want to be someone who always remembers the good things in life during the hard times, to always remember that family is important and to show the people around me that I love them.

I must say that with life as it is, I think that it is important to not get caught up in the material things of life, but to focus on the small things.

at home while your husbands at work? I got your back!

So recently Tiago has been working A LOT. Which is so good  because I know he is doing it for me, but on the other hand, I find myself alone waiting for the minute he returns. So I have decided, instead of watching the clock tick, I am going to expand my creativity and find new craft ideas and find interesting things to do while my other half is absent.

So this is for all those wives/girlfriends that are waiting for their man to get home.....enjoy!

• House Keeping stuff can actually be very therapeutic(can't believe I am saying this)
• re-do your blog like a bazillion times
•  look for new crafts to do/or add to your list to do. 

• look up inspirational videos. Such as this one.

• make cookie dough and not bake it but eat it, YUM
• go to the gym to burn off all the cookie dough you just ate
• look up healthy recipes....sort of

• watch chick flicks cause we all know that dudes ruin the magic of a good chick flick. 

• give yourself a mani and pedi

FINALLY 

• watch your man walk through the door because he is home already! and give him a big huge and kiss and tell him that you love him and your so grateful you are that he works so hard for your family. <3 

P.S. Watch this just cause I love it and find it very adorable

September 14th was quiet the day for us

it was a year since our first date and it was also Tiago's birthday! 

to top off this month we took a visit back to the 

the wonderful state of

CALIFORNIA

after a second  birthday celebration, some seccessful surfing and some onion tennis it was quit the trip 

it was also really good to see the family.

we missed them so much!

Well we recently went to St. George with part of the family and we had a great time!  

Then we spent some time with our friends, Amanda and David, for Labor Day 

Had a little BBQ

We went to some kind of Mexican festival in Provo

While spending the day with my people, some weird tasting horchata, and some wrestling, I'd say it was a good day!

There is a person that I have met a long time ago

We met in heaven where we fought against our foes

A new assignment was received from Father

We were to be sent to families, so we could progress further

Other news came that made us sad

Many countries would separate the girl from the lad

The boy was to be sent first and the girl would follow

"Find me when you get there” the boy said as he went away

She thought to herself “for that, will I pray!”

Our spirits connected but our bodies separated at birth

Our minds were erased, when we were sent to earth

They could have lived apart but that connection was stronger

19 years had past, and old Chance couldn’t wait any longer

They were brought together after interviews and selection

In that basement meeting room, there was a quiet, and subtle connection

They couldn't talk much, time wasn't on their side

Little did they know that their lives would soon coincide 

For some, life got rough and it was kind of a bummer

But their luck would change at the end of summer

One phone call later and a late, late date night 

The laughs and good times went on, past twilight 

Their spirits were reconnected after so long

It wasn't long till they both felt where they belong

Side by side they will remain for their rest of their life

Increasing that connection and love for the rest of their time

I hacked my wife*s blog

Since Kayleen never updates her blog I decided to do it for her this time. We've been doing really good. Can you guys believe that it has been five months all ready?
